摘要
介绍了以恒定扭力矩为核心技术研发的MJS-1双炉型吉泽勒流动度试验机,从恒定扭力矩传动系统、双炉转换控温系统、软件控制系统等方面探讨了试验机系统设计存在的问题,并提出采用电磁体扭力矩以改进扭力矩精度、采用PLC可编程控制器以实现控温精准、使用VB语言编写软件实现一键全自动化操作等相应的改造解决方案。
MJS-1 double-oven Gieselerfluidity tester with the core technique of constant torque developed by author was introduced. The existing problems were discussed from aspects such as constant torquedrive system, double-oven switching temperature control system and software control system. It was proposed to use electromagnet torque to improve precision, adopt PLC and software written in VB to achieve automatic operation, which would lay a foundation of the future equipment upgrades.
