工业废水在选矿生产中的综合利用与生产实践

Comprehensive utilization and production practice of industrial wastewater in ore-dressing operation

为解决工业废水的污染问题,并达到水资源的综合利用,吉林吉恩镍业股份有限公司选矿厂对处理后的工业废水进行了选矿生产应用研究。试验研究及生产实践表明:工业废水用于选矿生产工艺是可行的,其在保证选矿生产技术指标的前提下可得到有效的利用,且可降低生产成本,节约水资源。

In order to solve industrial water pollution and achieve comprehensive utilization of water resource,the ore-dressing plant of Jien Nickel Company in Jilin province carries out research on the application of treated industrial wastewater in ore dressing operation. The experimental research and industrial practice show that it is feasible for recycled industrial water to be used in ore dressing operation. The recycled water can be effectively used while ensuring technical index of the operation. In addition,the application of recycled water can lower cost and save water resource.
