乌鲁木齐社区居民急救知识需求现状调查

Status of first aid knowledge demand of community residents in Urumqi

目的：了解乌鲁木齐福地社区居民急救相关知识、态度及行为现状,为有效开展城市社区居民急救知识普及提供科学依据。方法通过随机整群抽样的方法,采用自编问卷对乌鲁木齐福地社区的399位居民进行现场急救态度、知识、行为现状的调查。结果30.00％居民遇到意外时不会选择拨打急救电话,50.00％以上居民未掌握基本的急救技术,45.61％居民表示自己愿意参加而居委会没有安排培训,62.41％居民认为掌握急救知识和技能是有必要的；90.48％居民通过电视和广播等媒体学习基本急救知识；认为教员示范及现场实习的培训形式较为适宜的居民占89.72％。结论开展公众急救知识培训,普及民众自救、呼救的知识和技能无疑对各种突发危险和危害居民生命的事件,具有极其重要的意义。采用居民喜欢的形式进行深入培训,可以有效提高居民急救知识和技能的普及。

Objective To explore the status of residents′knowledge, attitude and behavior on first aid in Lucky Community in Urumqi, Xinjiang, so as to provide scientific basis for effective knowledge popularization on first aid among urban community residents.Methods Totals of 399 residents in Lucky Community in Urumqi, Xinjiang, were selected by cluster random sampling and were surveyed by self-designed questionnaires about status of their knowledge, attitude, and behavior of on-site first aid.Results 30.00% of the residents did not call the emergency number when they encountered an accident;more than 50.00% of the residents did not know basic first aid technique; 45. 61% of the residents were willing to attend first aid training, yet the neighborhood committee had not arranged such trainings; 62. 41% of the residents considered first aid knowledge and skills necessary;90.48% of the residents had acquired basic first aid knowledge from TV and radio; 89. 72% of the residents believed that teacher′s demonstration and field practice were more suitable. Conclusions It is of significant meaning to conduct first aid training and to popularize knowledge and skills on self-rescue and calling＆amp;nbsp;for help for the public to cope with all kinds of unexpected events which endanger lives of the residents. First aid knowledge and skills can be effectively improved by using methods popular to the residents.
