摘要
目的探讨早期强化式健康教育在空腹血糖异常老年患者护理中的作用。方法以入院病历号为编号.采用随机数字表法将130例血糖异常老年患者分成两组,每组65例。实施常规护理的患者为对照组;同时采取早期强化式健康教育模式的患者为观察组。比较护理后两组患者血糖水平以及自我管理血糖能力的变化。结果护理后.观察组血糖水平较护理前降低。并且低于对照组护理后血糖水平,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组和对照组护理后自我管理行为均有所改善,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论早期强化式健康教育可增强空腹血糖异常老年患者糖尿病防治意识,提升自我管理和监督能力,从而改善患者整体生活质量。
Objective To explore early intensive health education on nursing of elderly patients with abnormal fasting blood-glucose.Methods According to the number of hospital admission case number, 130 elderly with abnormal blood glucose value were averagely divided into control group and experimental group by random number table. The patients of control group received routine nursing while the patients of experimental group underwent early intensive health education. The level and self-management ability of blood glucose were compared between two groups.Results After nursing, the level of blood glucose declined in experimental group compared that before nursing and was lower than that of control group (P〈0.05) ; the self-management behavior improved in both groups and the differences of two groups had statistical significance after nursing (P〈0.05). Conclusions Early intensive health education can increase the awareness of diabetes prevention in elderly people with abnormal fasting blood glucose, increase self-management and supervising ability, so as to improve patients total quality of life.
