运用手机拍照功能收集溃疡性结肠炎患者信息资料的效果

Effect of information collection by mobile phone photographing for patients with ulcerative colitis

目的：探讨运用手机拍照系统功能收集溃疡性结肠炎患者粪便信息资料的效果。方法选择2014年11月—2015年11月在笔者所在科室住院的66例溃疡性结肠炎患者，采用计算机半随机法分为两组，每组33例。观察组在常规收集信息的基础上，由专科护士对患者实施手机拍照功能系统的培训，包括拍照要求（如角度、环境）、拍照方法（如特征性图片的筛选、收集及储存整理）等。对照组运用常规的回忆或口头描述等方式进行收集信息。结果观察组在住院期间获得的粪便信息全面性和一致性明显优于对照组（ P〈0.05）；患者或家属及同病房内其他患者的满意度平均得分98.92分。结论运用手机拍照功能收集溃疡性结肠炎患者粪便资料效果较好，可为临床医生提供较全面的数据信息，避免患者及家属因主观评判等原因导致的差异性；同时，医护人员通过收集的信息可直观了解病情动态，也为教学提供丰富病案资料，有助于提高工作及教学质量。因此，该方法简便、快捷、可行。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical information collection of faeces by mobile phone photographing for patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods Sixty-six ulcerative colitis patients, hospitalized in the authors′department during November 2014 to November 2015, were selected and divided by computer semi-random method into two groups, each with 33 cases. Patients in the experimental group, besides routine information collection, were trained systematically by professional nurses about mobile phone photographing, including photograph requirements （ like angel and environment ） , photograph methods （ like selection, collection and storage of characteristic pictures） , etc. Information of patients in the control group was collected by routine methods like memories or verbal descriptions and so on. Results During their hospital stay, comprehensiveness and consistency of patients′faeces information in experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group （ P〈0. 05）; average satisfaction score of patients or their relatives, and other patients in the same ward was 98.92.Conclusions The effect of faeces information collection by mobile phone photographing for patients with ulcerative colitis has been proved good, which can provide more comprehensive information for clinicians and can avoid differences caused by patients′ or their relatives′ subjective evaluation. Besides, the information collected can help doctors and nurses have direct perception about the patients′dynamic condition, provide rich medical records for teaching, and thus improve the teaching quality. Therefore, mobile phone photographing is a simple, fast and feasible method with fine results.
