摘要
利用PCL(Patran Control Language)开发了集成于Patran2011的深沟球轴承有限元前处理程序,并利用该程序对某型号深沟球轴承进行了静力学特性分析。得到的轴承在各个接触点的最大接触应力、弹性趋近量以及整个轴承的变形与Hertz理论解误差均在10%以内,满足工程应用的要求。
This paper uses PCL to develop a FEA program of deep groove ball bearings in Patran2011.Using the secondary developed FEA program,this paper analyzes the static properties of ball bearings,and getting bearings' maximum contact stress in each contact point,the entire amount of elasticity and the entire bearing deformation.All the data are very close to the theoretical solution of Hertz. The error is within the scope of the project.
