摘要 滨州黄河刀鱼、魏集四合院全驴宴、惠民杜桥豆腐皮、博兴乔庄煎包、百年芝麻糖酥、邢家锅子饼……数不胜数的地方美食吃出了独属于滨州的特色。滨州传统风味小吃,历史悠久,种类繁多,制作精细,风味各异,同时兼收各民族小吃特色,品种丰富,在风味食坛上独树一帜。"民以食为天",随着回归自然食品的兴起,传统美食越来越受到人们的青睐。这些食物的由来都有它美妙的传说,不仅仅是驰名的招牌,更是一段历史见证。 Numerous local cuisines,such as Binzhou Yellow River Grenadier Anchovy,Weiji quadrangle courtyard full-donkey feast,Duqiao tofu skin in Huimin,Qiaozhuang pan-fried dumplings in Boxing,centennial sesame candy,and Xingjia pot pie(an unleavened pancake rolled with eggs,pork,tofu and caraway as its filling) form a feature which only belongs to Binzhou.Binzhou traditional local snacks have a long history,a great variety,fine production and various flavors.Additionally,the snacks have a wide variety due to their integration of the characteristics of various ethnic snacks. 'Food is the first thing for people'.With the rise of returning to natural foods,traditional cuisines win more and more favor in people's eyes.The origins of these foods lie in beautiful legends,which create not only the well-known symbols,but also serve as a witness of history.
