对高校学生权利保障问题的思考

学生是高校教育活动的主体之一,依法享有维护自身权益的权利。现实中还存在高校对学生权利不够重视,高校学生对权利概念不太明晰,权利救济方式不健全等现象。这主要源于"大学自治"的弊端,法制的不健全及传统观念的影响。规范大学自治,提高高校管理者的法律素质,加强法制宣传,摆脱传统观念束缚,可在一定程度上加强高校学生的权利保障。

Students are one of the main bodies of university education activities,and they have the right to safe-guard their own interests according to the law. In reality,there are still problems of less attention to the rights ofstudents on the part of universities,unclear understanding of the concept of rights on the part of students them？selves,and incomplete right relief methods. All of these are due to the disadvantages of“university autonomy”,theincomplete legal system and the influences of traditional ideas. To standardize university autonomy,to improve thelegal literacy of university administrators,to strengthen the publicity of the legal system,and to get rid of the re？straints from traditional ideas can strengthen the protection of university students’rights to a certain extent.
