The Application of “5S” Management Mode in the Management of Students' Dormitory

针对高职学生宿舍内务管理中管理对象问题多,管理者水平欠缺的现象,提出将"5S"管理引入高职学生宿舍内务管理。"5S"管理与高职学生宿舍内务管理存在一定的契合度,可从三个不同的阶段入手实施高职学生宿舍内务的"5S"管理。

In view of problems from managed objects and a low managerial level on the part of the administra-tors in the vocational college students’dormitory management,the paper proposes to introduce“5S”manage-ment into the dormitory management of higher vocational colleges.“5S”management meets with vocationalcollege students’dormitory management to a certain extent,and can be carried out in the dormitory manage-ment following three different stages.
