医用TC4钛合金在模拟人体环境中的耐腐蚀行为研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究医用TC4钛合金在植入人体后的耐腐蚀情况,利用模拟唾液、Hank's模拟体液以及模拟血液3种生理电解液中进行分析。结果表明:采用TC4钛合金与耐蚀性较好的304不锈钢作对比,经过5 d的浸泡腐蚀实验,发现TC4钛合金在3种电解液中的耐腐蚀性明显优于304不锈钢。通过电化学实验分析得出TC4在3种不同电解液中的腐蚀规律。TC4钛合金在Hank's体液中的耐腐蚀性最差,在模拟血液耐蚀性其次,而在模拟唾液的耐腐蚀性最好。由于医用TC4钛合金在Hank's体液中的腐蚀最为严重,故在临床应用中应给予相应的保护措施。 In order to study the corrosion resistance of the medical TC4 titanium alloy in a humanbody, simulated saliva, Hankf s simulated body fluid, and simulated blood were used to analyze thethree kinds of physiological electrolytes. After five days of corrosion immersion, it was found thatcorrosion resistance of the TC4 titanium alloy in three kinds of electrolytes was better than that of the304 stainless steel. The corrosion behavior of TC4 in three different electrolytes was also studiedthrough electrochemical experiments. The results showed that the corrosion resistance of TC4 inHankrs body fluid was the worst, with simulated blood corrosion resistance scoring in the middle,and corrosion resistance of saliva being the best. Because the TC4 titanium alloy with Hank , s bodyfluid had the worst corrosion, the corresponding protective measures should be given in clinical applications.
