摘要 利用NUMECA软件对某型离心风扇进行仿真,并结合试验结果进行对比,验证了该模型的准确性。改变该离心风扇部分尺寸参数,设计了新风扇。并利用NUMECA软件对原风扇及新风扇进行性能仿真。结果表明:基于NUMECA的数值模拟可以对离心风扇进行准确的描述;对比风扇主要性能参数可知,新风扇与原风扇相比相同质量流量下静压提高了约2%,性能优于原风扇。在此基础上通过仿真模型计算得出新风扇不同转速下的静压、功耗、效率等性能参数,这为风扇工作点的选取提供了重要依据。 The test and simulation about the centrifugal fan have been done and the results were compared, the result shown that the simulation model can provide right simulation result about centrifugal fan. Then, some parameters of this centrifugal fan have been changed in order to design a new centrifugal fan. Performance simulation of original fan and new fan has been done using the NUMECA software. Simulation results show that: accurate description of the centrifugal fan can be provided based on NUMECA numerical simulation method, the mean parameters are compared between original fan and new fan, and then it can be known that static pressure of new fan is about 2% higher than original fan under same mass flow-rate, performance of new fan is better. Based on this simulation model,the mean parameters of original fan such as static pressure,power consumption and efficiency are calculated in different rotate speed,it can provide significant ground for working point selected.
