摘要
为了要把CAN、RS485和RS232转换成PC机上通用、易用的USB,设计USB转换器。本设计主要包括电路图设计、上位机概要设计、下位机概要设计、通讯协议设计和软件使用说明等。其中,硬件设计包括电源电路设计、主控芯片最小系统电路设计、RS485电路模块设计、RS232电路模块设计和CAN模块电路设计。软件设计包括通讯协议、上位机软件设计、下位机软件设计,并且采用动态连接口提高软件的可复用性和降低二次开发的难度。
The main objective of the design is to put the CAN, RS485 and RS232 converted into USB that is universal, and is easy to use.it include the design of circuit diagram, the design of upper computer software, the design of firmware, the design of communication protocol and software instructions.The hardware design is mainly including power circuit design, the main control chip minimize system circuit design, RS485 circuit module design, and RS232 circuit design and CAN module circuit design.The software design includes the communication protocol, the upper computer sottware design, the lower computer software design, and uses the dynamic connection port to improve the software reusability and reduces the difficulty of the two development.
