摘要
电能质量综合评价是考核电能合格与否的重要方法。针对电能质量评价中的不确定性和主观性,提出了一种基于改进组合赋权物元模型的电能质量综合评价方法。该方法在经典物元模型的基础上,对物元经典域和待评物元的量值做规格化处理,以克服其在评价过程中关联度函数无法计算的缺点;同时,运用组合赋权法确定评价指标的权重,克服了单一赋权法的不足,减少了电能质量评价的主观因素参与,最后通过权重与关联度计算对电能质量等级进行识别。以甘肃电力公司某380V观测点为例进行实证分析,验证了所提方法的客观性和有效性。
The comprehensive evaluation of power quality is the important method for examining the quality of power.This paper puts forward a method about the comprehensive evaluation of power quality based on the improved and combined weighting matter-element model for solving the uncertainty and subjectivity of the power quality assessment.Based on the classical matter-element model, this method overcomes the defect of correlation degree that cannot be calculated during the evaluation process by means of normalization treatment of classical field and unevaluated value. We compute evaluation index weights by using of combination assigning method to overcome the lack of weighting method and reduce the subjective factors of the power quality evaluation.Finally, the power quality level is recognized through the calculation of weighting and correlation degree.In the application of electric power company in Gansu, which observation point is 380v, shows that the objectivity and effectiveness of the proposed method.
