摘要
装修、机电工程用工量大、品种多、现场工作量大,实行工厂预制装配化的难度较大。在装修施工阶段施工项目众多,各工种须互相配合;且机电设备的安装工程量日益增多,日趋复杂。结合装修、机电工程特点,分析其建筑工业化推行要点,以加快建筑工业化进程。
Building decoration and electromechanical construction involve huge labor forces, big field workload and diversified technicians, so it is difficult to realize prefabrication. Different disciplines must cooperate with each other during building decoration and installation workload of electromechanical devices also increases and becomes more and more complex. Based on the characteristics of building decoration and electromechanical construction, this paper analyzed the key points in building construction industrialization to accelerate its development speed.
