摘要
在变形缝后浇段剪力墙外模板施工中通过采用模板龙骨上事先焊接的螺帽来代替一般需要人工在此面进行紧固操作的普遍做法,将一侧无作业面的模板施工困难局面简化为普通的对拉螺栓加固体系,在满足剪力墙施工质量及安全要求的前提下,达到实用、环保、经济的目的,综合经济效益明显,对类似工程有一定的参考应用价值。
During construction of external formwork of post-casting shear wall with expansion wall, a screw cap is welded on the formwork joist to replace manual fastening operation on this side. This method successfully simply the formwork construction difficulty on the side without operation into split bolt fastening system, which could not only satisfy construction quality and safety requirements of shear wall, but also realize practical, environmentally-friendly and economical purposes and general economic benefit. Certain references were provided for similar projects.
