水利工程的管理运作是否合理代表着整个水利工程是否能够有效施展其水利资源利用与分配的功能,因此其管理运作的优化改革至关重要。文章首先简要分析了目前我国水利工程管理运用改革的必要性,其次对目前工作中的问题进行了全面分析,提出了针对性的改革措施,以期能够为我国水利工程管理优化提供有效参考。

The rationalization management and operation measures of hydraulic engineering have relation to its effective on water use and allocation. It is essential to optimize the management and operation. The author analyzes briefly the necessity of the reform of hydraulic engineering management in current China, and the problems in the present work. The author puts forward the reform measures, which provides certain reference to optimize the design of the hydraulic engineering management.
