葡萄酒庄园景观设计探讨——以张裕卡斯特酒庄为例

Analysis of winery landscape design-case study of Chateau Changyu-Castel

山东烟台张裕卡斯特酒座是我国首批旅游型酒庄中的典型,它深刻影响了之后国内酒庄的景观设计思路。文章阐述张裕卡斯特酒庄的景观设计,从景观设计、文化设计、游览设计3方面梳理现存的问题,并提出改进策略,以期对今后国内酒庄景观的设计与改造具有一定的借鉴意义。

Chateau Changyu-Castel of Yantai is the type of first travel wineries in China. It affected the landscape design ideas of winery deeply after itself. This paper analyzes the landscape design of Chateau Changyu-Castel, sorts out existing problems from three aspects of landscape design, culture design and tour design, and then proposes improvement strategies. It will have some reference for China winery landscape design and reform in future.
