糖尿病患者出院准备度与社会支持现状及相关性分析

Correlation analysis between the readiness for hospital discharge and social support status in diabetic patients

目的：探讨糖尿病患者出院准备度现状、社会支持现状及其相关性。方法横断面调查研究，采用患者基本资料问卷、患者出院准备度量表和社会支持评定量表，对成都市某三级甲等医院200例出院的糖尿病患者进行调查，采用Pearson进行相关性分析。结果糖尿病患者出院准备度的条目平均分为（8.13±1.37）分，社会支持总分为（41.49±8.74）分。糖尿病患者出院准备度各维度得分从高到底依次为可获得的社会支持、疾病知识、出院后应对能力、自身状况；社会支持总分低于国内常模。糖尿病患者出院准备度和社会支持呈正相关（r＝0.388，P〈0.001）。结论糖尿病患者出院准备度和社会支持现状处于中高水平，两者呈正相关。

Objective To explore the current situation of the readiness for hospital discharge and social support in diabetic patients, and analyze the correlation between them. Methods Based on the cross-sectional study, using the basic data questionnaire of patients, 200 diabetic patients, who had been discharged from a grade A tertiary hospital in Chengdu, were surveyed by the readiness for hospital discharge scale and the social support rating scale, and adopted Pearson to do the relevance analysis.Results The average score of readiness for hospital discharge was（8.13±1.37）. The total points of social support was（41.49±8.74）. According to the score of each dimensions of the readiness for hospital discharge, dimensions were as the following from high score to low：available social support, disease knowledge, coping capacity discharged from hospital, and personal condition from high score to low. The total score of social support was significantly lower than the domestic norm （ t=-4.614, P〈0.001） . The readiness for hospital discharge and the social support in diabetes patients showed positive correlation（r=0.388,P〈0.001）.Conclusions The current status of the readiness for hospital discharge and social support in diabetes patients is in medium-to-high level, and positive correlation existed between the readiness for hospital discharge and the social support.
