实习护生身体约束知识和态度的现状调查分析

Investigation and analysis on knowledge and attitudes about physical restraints in nursing students

目的：调查临床实习护生身体约束相关的知识和态度现状，并进行分析。方法采用便利取样的方法，抽取2015年10月—2016年2月武汉市某三级甲等医院的护生374名，采用身体约束知识和身体约束态度问卷，调查分析护生身体约束知识和态度情况。结果护生身体约束知识（15.8±3.3）分，掌握情况较好；身体约束态度（50.0±0.3）分，趋于中性；不同受教育程度及需要培训程度的护生对身体约束知识、态度的得分有统计学意义（F值分别为10.672，11.098；P〈0.01），身体约束态度得分与知识得分呈正相关（ r＝0.417，P〈0.01）。结论护生对身体约束认识较充分，学校及医院应加强对护生教育和培训，在临床上能做出正确的决策。

Objective To investigate and analyze the situation on knowledge and attitudes about physical restraints in nursing students.Methods A total of 374 nursing students were recruited in a class three grade A hospital in Wuhan from October 2015 to February 2016 by the method of convenient sampling. The knowledge and attitudes about physical restraints in nursing students was investigated with the questionnaire of knowledge on physical restraints and the questionnaire of attitudes to physical restraints. Results The score of knowledge on physical restraints in nursing students was （15.8±3.3） with a good level of knowledge mastery. The score of attitudes to physical restraints in nursing students was （50.0±0.3） tending to be neutral. There were statistically significant differences in the scores of knowledge and attitudes about physical restraints among different degrees of education and needs for training （F=10.672, 11.098; P〈0.01）. The score of attitudes to physical restraints had a positive correlation with the score of knowledge on physical restraints （ r=0. 417, P〈0.01）.Conclusions Nursing students have sufficient knowledge on physical restraints. Schools and hospitals should enhance education and training in nursing students and make right decisions in clinic.
