随着时代的发展需求,高校学生党员教育培训工作不断呈现新的问题,学生党员发展质量受到越来越高的重视。加强学生党员发展过程中的教育和管理,创新高效学生党员教育培训方式,保证大学生党员的教育质量,愈显重要。本研究以民办高校学生党员教育培训工作和形式的现状为基础,结合行动学习法的理念、步骤和实施注意事项,探讨如何构建民办高校学生党员教育培训新模式。

As the developing requirement of times,more and more new problems occur during the education of college student Party members. We pay higher and higher attention to the development qualities of college student Party members. To strengthen education and management of college student Party members during their development,innovate an efficient training method of college student Party members and ensure the education qualities of college student Party members. It is becoming more and more important for us. This study based on the current situation of education as well as training mode of student Party members in private colleges and combined with the concept. Steps as well as considerations of action learning,explore how to create a new education and training mode of student Party members in private colleges.
