摘要 近年来,旅游消费持续成为居民消费的热点,也一直稳定地表现出扩大消费的"动力源"。在我国经济发展的新常态下,旅游业主要表现为休闲体验游、自由行逐渐形成主流,以及互联网思维模式下旅游产业升级对传统旅行社的影响更加明显。所以,在新常态下,对被誉为旅游发展生力军的导游人员提出了新挑战,传统旅行社如何应对在线旅游商的不断扩张,如何提升导游服务质量,成为传统旅行社在新常态下竞争中突围的重要因素。 In recent years,tourism consumption is becoming a hot spot of consumption continuously,but also has been steadily showing the expansion of consumption of power. Under the new normal economic development in China,the main performance of the tourism industry for leisure travel,the free line gradually formed the mainstream,and upgrade the tourism industry in the Internet thinking on traditional travel agents more apparent. So,under the new normal,known as the tourism development of the new force guides have come up with new challenges,How to deal with the constant expansion of the traditional travel agency,how to improve the quality of tour guide service has become an important factor in the competition of the traditional travel agency under the new normal competition.
