摘要
伴随着我国十二五的战略规划,京津冀协同发展战略举措的提出,为河北省大学生的就业提供了契机。本文以河北籍本科学生为研究对象,对影响就业因素中的就业体制、就业教育结构、就业流向做了深入细致的数据统计与分析。经过分析,本文发现目前河北籍本科生就业在人才的供需结构、人才流动的层次、个人就业综合素质方面存在矛盾,针对现存矛盾提出在京津冀协同发展下河北籍本科生就业的对策与建议。
With China's twelfth five-year strategic plan,the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei is put forward,provides an opportunity for the employment of college students of Hebei. Taking the coordinated development of Beijing,-Tianjin,Hebei undergraduate students as the research object,the factors affecting the employment of the employment system,the employment structure of education,employment,to do a detailed statistics and analysis. After analysis,this article found the He Bei undergraduates' employment in talent supply and demand structure,the level of the talent flow,individual employment contradiction comprehensive quality aspect,in view of the existing contradictions in the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei He Bei Ji undergraduate employment countermeasures and Suggestions.
