随着国际贸易的复苏,全球信息科技电子商务交易发展迅猛,对于跨境电子商务来说,在贸易模式方面是对传统的贸易模式的颠覆性创新,各个流通环节都发生了翻天覆地的变化,其巨大的市场潜力让不少企业看到了发展壮大的曙光,但是在这个过程中,我们可以看到相关专业人才匮乏的窘境,本文以湖南为例,从湖南跨境涉农电商企发展形势出发,对于跨境电商的涉农外贸人才培养所面临的困境进行了深刻的分析,进而对该课题针对性地提出了完善建议。
