摘要
依据万峰煤矿瓦斯特点,利用现有基础设施,对低浓度瓦斯进行综合利用。矿井用低浓度瓦斯进行发电过程中,采用细水雾输送系统,保证了低浓度瓦斯的输送安全,对抽采系统与抽采方法进行优化,保证了气源的稳定性,同时利用瓦斯发电余热向水源热泵提供热源,保证了矿井供暖需要。低浓度瓦斯的综合利用不仅减少了直接排空造成的环境污染,也为矿井节约了用电费用,同时可以以用促抽、以抽保用,有利于矿井安全生产。
Based on characteristic of gas at Wanfeng Mine, comprehensive utilization of low concentration gas was achieved with the help of existing infrastructure. On the process of generating power, transmitting safety of low concentration gas was ensured through water mist delivery system, steadiness of source gas was guaranteed with optimizing gas extraction system and extraction method, mine's heating needs was assured by providing heat source to water source heat pump with gas power waste heat. The environmental pollution caused by direct emptying was reduced by comprehensive utilization of low concentration gas, and electricity was saved as well. Meanwhile, it could also improve drainage through utilization, and improve utilization through drainage, which was surely beneficial to guarantee the coal safety production.
