摘要
采用乙醇溶剂的方法,研究了香椿老叶中黄酮提取工艺条件。研究结果表明,在室温下,提取时间为1.0 h,料液比为1∶20(g/m L)时,提取25.0 g香椿老叶粉中的黄酮,产品收率可达12.4%,产品结构经过一维红外光谱和二阶导数红外光谱表征,其主要化学成分为黄酮及少量多糖。
The conditions for the extraction of flavone by ethanol method from toona sinensis roem old leaves were studied.The results showed that under the room temperature, when extraction time was 1.0 h, ratio of feed and liquid was 1∶20g/m L, 25 g flavone was extracted from toona sinensis roem old leaves, and the high yield was 12.4 %. The structure of product was characteried by one-dimensional infrared spectroscopy and second-derivative infrared spectroscopy and the main chemical compositions are flavone and little polysaccharides.
