黄原酸丙烯酯工艺优化及浮选性能研究

摘要 针对黄原酸丙烯酯现有合成工艺存在产品散发异味、第二次提纯才能得到合格产品及产率较低(约90%)的情况,通过应用合成助剂NF-1,彻底脱除了黄原酸丙烯酯产品与尾水中的异味,异戊基黄原酸丙烯酯产品(半成品)主含量可达到90%以上,无需进行产品二次提纯,产率提升到95%以上,且简化了合成工艺。选矿试验结果表明,改进后药剂产品选矿指标优异。 Aiming at the disadvantages that the product has the abnormal smell and qualified products can only be get after the secondary purification with lower productivity(around 90%). In the current synthesis process, allyl isoamyl xanthate ester by using synthetic additives NF-1, the abnormal smell in allyl isoamyl xanthate ester products and tail water has removed successfully, the purity of allyl isoamyl xanthate ester(semi-finished products) can reach more than 90% without secondary purification, the yield of the product has improved to 95%, and the synthesis process has been simplified. The beneficiation reagent results show that the improved pharmaceutical products beneficiation indexes are excellent.
