摘要
以平舒矿大采高工作面端头区在回采过程中因二次采动影响导致顶板发生破坏为研究对象,提出了采取注浆法解决了大采高工作面三角区应力集中、矿压显现强烈及回采过程中煤壁大面积片帮等问题。接着针对注浆方案,分别从合理注浆区域、注浆时机等因素进行分析,并通过理论分析、现场实测、工业试验等方法进行了验证。
Taking roof destruction of large height mining face end area of Pingshu Mine as research object, various problems of trigonum stress concentration in large height mining face, intense strata behaviors, massive rib spalling of coal wall in coal mining process were solved by grouting method. Grouting scheme was analyzed in reasonable grouting area, grouting timing with vertifying from theoretical analysis, field measurement, industrial test. Based on grouting operation in trigonum, the rib macropore was filled with injecting paste material, the completeness and stability of coal-body was strengthened. The degree of rib spalling was better controlled so that achieved expected requirement of rib spalling prevention.
