摘要
基于皮带输送机铺设的距离长和运行时间长等原因引起损伤的情况,分析了皮带输送机可能出现的各种故障及其处理措施,并提出了皮带输送机故障智能监控系统,提高皮带输送机的安全运行性能。
Based on the damage caused by long distance and long run time of belt transmitter, various faults and treatment measures that may appear in belt transmitter were analyzed and fault intelligent monitoring system of belt transmitter was given in this paper, the technology enhances safe operation of belt transmitter.
