摘要
为避免输送带因老化、钢丝绳折断等因素造成断带事故,在对输送带进行更换时,冀中能源峰峰集团大社矿使用"新旧带接续"换带新工艺,使输送带始终处于平衡状态,消除了"新带绕滚筒时歪斜跑偏"现象,并将换带时间缩短至3 d。实践表明:新工艺具有安全可靠性高、施工工期短、综合费用低等优势。
In order to avoid belt broken accident caused by aging and steel rope fracture, Dashe Mine uses new and old belt carryon technology to maintain balance of conveyer belt, eliminating the off-tracking of new belt rolling, reducing the changing belt time to 3 d. The practice showed that the new technology obtains the advantages of safety, short construction and low cost.
