基于项目管理基础理论,从分析学院需求、确定培训计划、实施煤矿安全培训、效果评估四方面入手,提高煤矿安全培训过程中各个环节的设计和分析,达到促进煤炭企业安全培训管理工作良好运转的目的。

Based on project management theory, from the analysis of college requirements, settling the training plan,implementation of coal mine safety training and evaluation four aspects, to improve each link of the design and analysis of coal mine safety training process, the measures achieve the purpose of the coal enterprise safety training management work.
