摘要
目的:比较用两种采血方法对进行血常规检验的受检者实施采血的临床效果。方法:对近期在我院进行血常规检验的50例受检者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。我院分别使用肘部静脉采血法和手指末梢采血法对这些受检者进行采血,将采集的血液标本放到血液分析仪中进行各项指标的检测,然后比较其检测结果。结果:检测结束后,与用手指末梢采血法采集的血液标本相比,用肘部静脉采血法采集的血液标本其血常规各项指标的水平更接近于正常值,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与用手指末梢采血法相比,用肘部静脉采血法对进行血常规检验的受检者实施采血的准确率更高。此采血方法值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective Explore different methods of blood blood test clinical comparison application.Methods From our hospital from January 2015 to July 2015 to accept the blood test selected 50 cases of patients as research subjects, in patients after taking blood, taking its peripheral blood, and application of the blood of patients with blood analyzer measurement, their blood results in different ways.Results 50 patients with peripheral venous blood of HCT, WBC, PLT, RBC, HGB There were significant differences （p＆lt;0.05）, while the MCHC is not a big difference （p＆gt;0.05）.Conclusion Different methods of their blood blood test results are different, in which blood is more accurate than the peripheral blood, worthy of promotion.
