摘要
回应国家拔尖创新人才培养计划,许多研究型大学设立了相应的拔尖创新实验班,国家和学校都投入了大量的人财物保障拔尖创新人才的培养质量。那么,这些投入的效果如何,我们从受众的角度,选取实验班学生的学习性投入情况进行研究,使用"中国大学生学习与发展追踪研究"的数据,通过实验班和普通学院学生的对比,发现二者差别不大,许多指标上实验班的数据显示不如普通学院。针对此,应从培养方案、教学方法、学者型教师配备、教学评价等多方面对实验班加以改革。
In response to the national top - class innovative talent training plan, many research - oriented universities set up cor-responding experimental classes. Both the central government and universities have generously invested on personnel, funds andmaterial to guarantee the training quality of top - class innovative talents. So far as the investment results are concerned, this researchprobes into the study engagement of an experimental class from the perspective of trainees, by using the data of " TheTracking Research to Chinese University Students ' Learning and Development" . It reveals that there is very little difference betweenthe experimental class and ordinary classes. Many indexes of the experimental class are even worse than that of ordinaryclasses. In this regard, reforms to the experimental class should be conducted in terms of training programs, teaching methods,scholastic teachers, teaching evaluation and so on.
