This paper analyzed demands of logistics talent developed by vocational colleges from the s c a le,structure,industry development trend of Jiangsu logistics industry group,the contradiction between the supply and demand of logistics talentaccording to Present situation of talent cultivation. Using the analytic hierarchy process put forward framework of logistics specialtycluster that adapt to the development of logistics industry in Jiangsu province on the basis of the characteristics of Jiangsu logisticsindustry structure.
