摘要
基于城市创新的基本模式,从影响创新的诸多环节出发,可以构建一套创新型城市评价指标体系。该体系以创新机会、创新动力、创新资源、创新价值和创新环境为主要内容,分目标层、准则层、子准则层和指标层4个层次共50个指标参数,旨在为城市创新评价提供体系框架,为建设创新型城市提供借鉴参考。
Based on city innovation mode, the paper designs an evaluation index system for innovative citiesfrom various aspects influencing innovation. The system mainly consists of 4 parts ： innovating opportunities,driving force, resources, value and environment; and includes 4 layers： aim layer, principle layer, subprinciplelayer and index layer, altogether 50 indices. The system aims to provide a systematic framework forcity innovation, and to give reference to the construction of Innovative cities.
