摘要 随着我国居民收入水平的提高,人们的生活水平也逐渐提高,人们有了"花钱买健康"的意识,健康生活理念不断深入人心,20世纪80年代以来,国内各种规模的健身俱乐部的不断建立,也给人们带来一种全新的健身理念,使健美项目、有氧体操等得以广泛发展,并从中派生出一些新的健身项目,如瑜伽、搏击操、有氧拉丁操等。文章通过访谈法、问卷调查法、文献资料法等方法对巢湖市俱乐部女性消费者的消费能力和健身意识进行了分析研究。 With the development of market economy in our country, people's living level gradually improve, people have theconsciousness of "want to spend money on health", health life concept is more and more thorough popular feeling, since the1980 s, with the wide domestic all kinds of the size of the fitness club, also bring us a new concept of fitness. Body buildingproject , aerobic gymnastics etc to a wide range of development, and to derive some new fitness programs. Such as, Yoga, Boxing , Latin Dance, which is held. Article usesinterview survey and questionnaire method, literature research methodandect to club learned that consumer groups were investigated in Chaohu city women's consumption ability and consciousnessbasic can meet the national requirement for mass fitness.
