摘要
在国家"一带一路"战略背景下,云南当前的高原特色农业发展政策体系已不能完全适应新形势的要求,本文对二者特征、目标及相互关系进行了探讨,同时针对在实际规划设计工作中发现的问题提出相应的发展建议。
Under the background of the Belt and Road Initiatives, the current policy system of characteristics agriculture in Yunnanplateau has been unable to fully meet the requirements of the new situation. It then presents the difference and their mutualrelationship in this paper, and puts forward the corresponding strategies for planning and design in the practical work.
