摘要
利用最优拉丁方法在液压支架前连杆结构参数允许变化的范围内选取试验点,运用有限元分析软件计算出试验点的疲劳寿命。利用灰关联度、灰熵关联分析法分析前连杆五个结构参数对其疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明对前连杆疲劳寿命影响最大的是铰孔处加厚板厚度,其后分别是主筋板厚度、前连杆铰孔直径、主筋板宽度及前连杆铰孔中心距。
This paper uses the optimal Latin method to choose the test points within the scope of the front connecting rod, and thencalculates the fatigue life by use of finite element analysis software. and uses the grey relational grade and grey entropy to analysesthe influence of its five structure parameters on the front connecting rod' s fatigue life. The result shows that the greatest influence onits fatigue life is reaming thickening plate thickness, and then the thickness of steel plate, its hinged hole diameter, the main reinforcementplate width and its reaming center distance.
