摘要
旋转机械故障多数由叶片振动引起,叶片固有频率的测量方法较为困难,以小型直板叶片为研究对象,通过振动理论计算出叶片各阶固有频率,利用有限元法对叶片模型进行模态分析和谐响应分析,得到叶片前四阶固有频率与振型,最后采用简单实用的声频法测得叶片固有频率,比较叶片固有频率的计算值和测量值,得到满意结果。
Many rotary mechancial failures are caused by blade vibration and it is difficult to measure its natural frequency. This paper builds a finite element model of the small flat blade and according to vibration theory,calculates its natural frequencies. The finite-element analysis and harmonic response analysis are used to get the frequencies of the first four stages. The sound-frequency method is used to measure the natural frequency of the small blade. By comparison of the calculated value of its natural frequency with its measured value,the safisfactory results are gotten.
