摘要
直线压缩机拥有结构紧凑、体积与噪声小和高效节能的特点,为了将其优点充分发挥出来,需要一个针对直线压缩机合理控制策略。以一款永磁动圈式直线压缩机的原理性样机为研究对象,通过对此原理性样机的研究,建立其数学模型,再以此为基础在Simulink中建立此原理性样机及其基于Push-to-Push原理的控制策略的仿真模型,通过试凑法在Simulink模型中寻找使此原理性样机能够正常持续工作的点并进行仿真,从而验证基于Push-to-Push原理控制策略的可行性。
Linear compressors are characteristic of compact structure,small volume,low noise,high efficiency and energy saving.In order to bring its advantages into full play,the linear compressors need a reasonable control strategy. This paper takes the principle prototype of permanent magnetic moving coil type linear compressor as an object of research. Through its research,its mathematical model is established,then its principle prototype simulation model of the control strategy is established,based on the principle of Push-to-Push in Simulink. The trial and error method is used to find out a point that the principle prototype can normally operate continuously in the Simulink model and it is simulated,so that the feasibility of the control strategy based on principle of Push-to-Push is verified.
