摘要 无刷直流电动机结构简单、运行效率高,广泛应用于工业、军事和民用等领域,采用方波控制时,其转矩脉动和运行噪声大。针对无位置传感器无刷直流电机的矢量控制技术进行研究,以降低其转矩脉动,拓宽其调速范围。采用滑模算法估测无刷直流电机的转子位置,引入边界层概念,用饱和函数取代跳变的符号函数,以抑制切换面抖振,提高了转子位置估算精度。仿真和实验结果验证了所提出方法的有效性。 Brushless DC motor( BLDCM) is widely used in the industrial,military,civil and other fields,because of its advantages of the simple structure and high operation efficiency. It is usually driven by the square-wave current. The torque fluctuation and operating big noise appear in this control mode. In this paper,its vector control system is used to decrease its torque pulsation and extend its adjustable speed range. The rotor position of the BLDCM is estimated by the sliding mode method. The concept of boundary layer is introduced,and the symbol function is replaced by the saturation one to restrain the chattering near the switch surface and improve the estimated precision of the rotor position. The validity of the suggested method is validated by the simulation and experimental results.
