一种基于虚拟仪器技术的轮辋跳动量非接触式在线检测

摘要 提出了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的轮辋跳动量非接触式在线检测方法。该检测系统利用涡流式位移传感器测量轮辋的跳动量,并由Lab VIEW编程完成检测数据的分析与处理,能够实时显示检测曲线、超差值及超差位置等,并可对不合格产品进行标记、报警和剔除。此外,该检测系统可以存储和统计检测数据,便于发现和分析产品质量及生产设备等问题,具有一定的推广应用价值。 This paper introduces a kind of on-line and non-contact measuring method based on the virtual instrument technology.The run-out can be detected accurately by using the eddy current displacement sensor. Lab VIEW is used to process and analyze the detected data. The real time detected result is displayed in this system such as detection curve,out-of-tolerance value and position,etc. and the mark,alarm and elimination to unqualified products are made. In addition,the measured data can be stored and the statistical figures be collected in this system to discover and analyze the problems of the products quality and production equipment.Therefore,this method has wide application value.
