摘要
通过对烧结减量秤不稳定原因的分析,提出了改进方法;把数字PID控制算法应用于减量秤控制实践之中;对系统的稳定性进行了理论分析,提出了提高控制精度的思路。
Through analysis of the reason for instability of sinter weight drop scale, improvement method was put forward. Digital PID control algorithm was applied in the practice of weight drop scale control, theoretical analysis was performed for the system stability and ideas for improving control precision were advanced.
