摘要
为了解决江阴兴澄特种钢铁有限公司热电分厂240 t/h煤粉炉目前存在排烟损失明显、直接影响电厂综合热效率的问题,对其应用相变换热成套装置进行节能工艺改造,在提高锅炉尾部受热面的安全性与可靠性的同时,回收锅炉低温余热,达到节能降耗、改善环境的目的。
To solve the problem of big loss in smoke discharge which directly affectedthe overall thermal efficiency of the thermal power plant at Jiangyin Xingcheng Special Steel,phase-changing heat exchanging integrated device was applied in energy saving processtransformation. While the safety and reliability of the boiler rear heat-effected area were improved, the goal of saving energy, reducing consumption and improving environment was alsoachieved through recovery of boiler low temperature.
