DN1400高炉煤气放散点火系统改进策略

摘要 分析了DN1400高炉煤气放散点火装置存在的容易冻堵、长明灯易熄灭、手动排放冷凝水易造成人员中毒、劳动强度大等问题的原因,提出了改进策略,通过改进可避免长明灯熄灭、减少管道堵塞、延长检修周期,降低劳动强度,达到剩余高炉煤气燃烧排放符合环保标准。 The reasons for the problems in the ignition device of the DN1400 blast furnace gas bleeding, such as easy freezing, frequent going out of the ever-burning lamp, manual discharge of condensed water might causing personnel poisoning and high labor intensity, were analyzed and improvement measures were put forward. This improvement prevented ever-burning lamp dying out, reduced pipe blockage, extended maintenance cycle, reduced labor intensity and made emissions from surplus BF gas burning meeting the environmental standard.
