摘要
目的:研究数字乳腺X射线摄影(DR)自动曝光控制(AEC)可重复性及探测器均匀性检测方法。方法:使用M12乳腺X射线机性能测试模体,对AEC重复性及探测器均匀性进行检测。参考标准:最大相对误差<10%,异变系数<5%,结果:1AEC可重复性检测最大相对误差为0.45%,异变系数为0.41%,自动曝光控制重复性检测符合标准要求;2探测器均匀性测量的最大相对误差为2.83%,参考标准最大相对误差<7%,探测器均匀性检测通过。结论:该检测方法可有效对全数字化乳腺X射线成像系统的AEC可重复性及探测器均匀性进行检测,通过检测可快速掌握系统稳定性和可靠性,保证设备始终处于良好的工作状态。
Objective To investigate the skill of test the AEC repeatability and detector uniformityof full field digital mammography system. Methods: AEC reproducibility and detector uniformityof full field digital mammography system were measured using M12 breast X-ray performancetest phantom. Reference standard: the maximum relative error was lower than 10% and variationcoefficient lower than 5%. Results: ①The maximum relative error and coefficient of variationwere 0.45% and 0.41% and AEC met requirements of the standard. ②The maximum relative errorof detector uniformity was 2.83% meeting requirements of the standard. Reference standard: themaximum relative error was lower than 7%. Conclusion: The stability and effectiveness of the fullfield digital mammography system were reflected by testing the AEC reproducibility and detectoruniformity, to ensure the system was in good working condition.
