良性前列腺增生(BPH)为中老年男性的多发病,手术治疗为最主要的治疗方式。随着科技的不断发展和激光在医学领域中的应用,精准经尿道前列腺剜除术(PTUEP)逐渐成为了可能,可应用于前列腺手术方面的激光仪器主要为钬激光、铥激光、绿激光以及半导体激光等。由于这些激光其各自的特点不同,应用方式存在着差异。通过对各种激光的分析,结合本课题组实践与文献评阅表明,钬激光应用于前列腺剜除方面的效果值得肯定。通过众多泌尿外科医生对钬激光设备、手件、剜除及粉碎技术的不断革新,前列腺剜除的应用范围也在不断拓宽。激光前列腺剜除作为新兴的治疗BPH的手术方法,在临床上安全可靠、效率高且效果稳定,值得推广。

There are many advances in the surgical treatment for benign prostate hyperplasia（BPH）, which is one of the most common diseases in the aged man. The application of laserand plasma technologies allows the precise transurethral enucleation of the prostate （PTUEP）to come true. There have been many types of lasers used in the surgical treatment of BPH,including holmium laser, thulium laser, green light laser, semiconductor laser and so on. Thecharacteristics of varied lasers are different. With the careful study of them, the holmium laseris affirmative to be developed in the prostate enucleation and it is safe and effective. So it isworth popularizing in clinical application.
