摘要
C-NCAP侧面碰撞测试(2015版)中,采用了EEVC WG13基于欧洲20世纪车型的统计结果而开发的EEVC Adv-2000侧面移动壁障(MDB)。它能否代表我国的"平均"车型,有待研究。另一方面,C-NCAP评价结果显示:采用EEVC-MDB、垂直撞击前排假人"H"点的测试方法不能有效评价高星级车辆的安全性能。基于上述背景,进行了车辆前端尺寸调查;根据调查结果,确定相应的试验方案;将车辆侧围结构的响应值作为评价指标,通过对某款车型仿真结果的分析,评估新方案的可行性。
EEVC Adv-2000 side moving deformable barrier (MDB) developed by EEVC WG13 based onthe statistical results of European vehicle models in 20th century is adopted in C-NCAP side impact test (2015Edition). On one hand, whether it can represent the “average冶 vehicle models in China remains to be studied; onthe other hand,C-NCAP evaluation results indicate that using EEVC-MDB with a testing scheme of perpendicularlyhitting the “H” point of front-row dummy is unable to effectively evaluate the safety performance of high starvehicles. In view of these, a survey on the front-end dimensions of vehicles is conducted, based on which a correspondingtest scheme is worked out, with the responses of side panel structures of vehicle as evaluation indicators.Finally the feasibility of the scheme proposed is assessed by the analyses on the simulation results of a car model.
