摘要
基于大量的白车身刚度测试数据,建立白车身刚度参数数据库。通过统计分析,研究数据库中刚度参数之间及其与其它参数的相互关系,提出根据车身基本尺寸(包括长、宽、高、轴距和轮距)和预设的车身轻量化系数,确定白车身刚度关键参数(包括弯、扭刚度和1阶弯、扭模态频率)的方法。通过该方法在国内某款白车身刚度关键参数定义中的应用,验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。
A stiffness parameter database of body-in-white (B I W ) is established based on a large numberof measured data. By studying the correlation between stiffness parameters and that between stiffness parameters andother parameters in database through statistical analysis, a method of defining key stiffness parameters,includingbending and torsional stiffness and first order bending and torsional modal frequencies based on the basic dimensionof vehicle b o d y, covering length, width, height, wheel base and track, and presetting lightweight coefficient.Finally the method is applied to defining the key stiffness parameters of a passenger car B I W , verifying theeffectiveness and practicality of the method proposed.
