摘要
针对原始红外图像信息在压缩转换中数据信息丢失或弱化的问题,提出一种基于CLAHE(对比度受限自适应直方图均衡)的红外图像增强算法。该算法首先对14位原始红外图像的像素灰度级进行调整,然后通过CLAHE算法获得基图像,再通过原始图像与双边滤波后图像的差值获得细节图像,进一步通过高斯滤波算法滤除细节图像的噪声,最后合成得到输出图像。仿真结果显示:通过该算法,原始图像的对比度及边缘细节信息得到很大程度的增强。本文算法的图像增强效果优于PE算法和CLAHE算法。
As the data of the original infrared image are easy to lose or weaken in compression transformation process,a kind of infrared image enhancement algorithm based on CLAHE( contrast limited adaptive histogram equalization) isproposed. Firstly,the pixel gray of original infrared image with 14 bit is adjusted,and then the based image is obtainedby CLAHE algorithm. Secondly, image details are obtained through the difference of original image and the image afterbilateral filtering, and the noise of detail image is filtered by Gaussian filter algorithm. Finally the output image is obtained.Simulation results show that the contrast of the original image and the edge detail information can be greatly enhancedby using this algorithm. Image enhancement effect of the algorithm is better than that of the PE algorithm andCLAHE algorithm.
