摘要
采用实验生态学的方法,研究了多环芳烃蒽(anthracene)和重金属镉(cadmium)对该藻的单一和联合毒性效应。实验结果表明,对该藻的生长,多环芳烃蒽和重金属镉具有抑制作用,蒽与重金属镉的联合则表现为拮抗作用,蒽的72h EC_(50)为29.16mg·L^(–1),镉的72h EC_(50)为27.37mg·L^(–1)。对在毒物影响下藻细胞内的叶绿素a、丙二醛的含量进行实验分析发现,叶绿素a的含量随毒物浓度的增加而迅速下降,丙二醛的含量随浓度的升高而急剧上升,抑制了该藻的生长。
The growth responses of Karenia mikimotoi Hansen to anthracene and cadmium were studied by the experimental ecology methods. The single and joint effects of Cd^2+ and anthracene on the Karenia mikimotoi Hansen were investigated. The median effective inhibition concentration EC50 values for anthracene were 29.16 mg·L^-1 and EC50 values for cadmium were 27.37 mg·L^-1. The results showed that high solution concentrations of anthracene and Cd^2+ could accelerate the growth of the two marine microalgae. However, the joint toxicity effect of anthracene and cadmium was antagonistic. Based on the cells of algae, the content of chlorophyll a and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in the algae had been tested, and results showed that they were significantly affected under the organic toxicant exposure. The content of chlorophyll a was increased remarkably with the increasing concentration of the organic toxicant, which inhibited the growth of the algae.
